By creating an account or using TokoMetrics ("Service", "Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using TokoMetrics on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you personally and that entity.

2. Description of Service

TokoMetrics is a merchant analytics and management dashboard that connects to TikTok Shop through TikTok's official Shop API. The Service enables authorized TikTok Shop merchants to:

• View consolidated sales, revenue, and order analytics
• Monitor sales targets and performance metrics
• Analyze sales channel contributions (live stream, short video, mall, influencer)
• Track product rankings and inventory performance
• Compare performance across multiple connected shops
• View financial data and GMV reports

3. Account Registration and Security

When using the Service, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Restricting access to your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. TikTok Shop Integration

By connecting your TikTok Shop, you acknowledge that:

• You authorize TokoMetrics to access your TikTok Shop data in read-only mode through the TikTok Shop API
• TokoMetrics is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or completeness of TikTok Shop platform data
• You remain bound by TikTok's own Terms of Service and Partner Agreement
• You can revoke access at any time via TikTok's authorization settings or by disconnecting from the dashboard

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or systems
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service at a rate exceeding reasonable usage limits
• Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service to third parties

6. Intellectual Property

The TokoMetrics Service, including all code, design, text, graphics, and user interfaces, is the property of TokoMetrics and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your TikTok Shop data remains your property.

7. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers

TokoMetrics is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TokoMetrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reasonable cause, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service or sending you an email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
